Returns & Refunds
All sales are final. If requesting to cancel your subscription after you have been billed, we can cancel your subscription prior to your next re-bill; however, we cannot cancel and refund existing charges. Refunds for one-off purchases and pre-sales, are not provided unless the product is withdrawn. An exchange may be available depending on the situation. Please read the 'Exchanges' section for more information.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@curiositybox.com for further instructions. Please include a picture of your damaged or defective product in your email.
